Clinical Skills Rooms

Medical Education Technology Centre offers various clinical skills training rooms focused on patient care, diagnostics, gynaecology, and first aid.

Patient care rooms offer the opportunity to learn procedures such as patient positioning, transfer, catheterisation, and feeding, to practice administering injections, learn surgical handwashing, and perform other manipulations related to patient care. 

In the gynaecological skills training room, one can learn childbirth delivery skills, newborn care (including feeding and handling), palpation, swabbing and other types of examinations.

The diagnostics room is equipped for training in ultrasound, internal medicine, and auscultation skills.

The first aid training room is equipped with full-body and torso manikins for adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The room is equipped with defibrillators and AEDs (automated external defibrillators), choking manikins, child and infant CPR manikins and other types of equipment.
